After a visit you dictate or paste a few loose sentences — the AI turns them into a structured draft: a working note, a summary, topics for the next visit and a follow-up list. Refine any section with a single instruction ("shorter", "break into bullet points"). You approve it — only then can the note be saved to the client's record, copied or downloaded. The note content is processed once — it never reaches the database, the logs or the visit records. The draft lives only in your browser until you approve it.
The AI model runs on AWS infrastructure in the European Union region, and content is never used to train models. Details in the privacy policy.
The draft is a suggestion, not a clinical fact. You review, edit and approve it yourself — without your approval, nothing leaves the screen.
Why did we start with the note?
According to Anthropic's research (Economic Index), drafting documents and writing explanations are the two things people genuinely use AI for most — and people who hand tedious tasks to AI report gains in speed (86%) and scope of work (82%). The post-visit note is exactly that kind of drudgery.
In May 2026, the General Assembly of PTTPB (the Polish Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy) adopted an artificial-intelligence annex to its Code of Ethics (11th Scientific Conference, Katowice). MentAI is designed in the spirit of those principles — this is how every AI feature in the system works:
"AI is a tool that supports the therapist's work — it is not the therapist." In MentAI, artificial intelligence only prepares drafts and suggestions — the post-visit note, your practice-page copy, organisational hints.
Clinical responsibility stays with the human. In MentAI nothing is saved to the records until you have read and approved it — a principle built into the architecture, not an option.
The note draft is processed ephemerally on servers in the European Union: the content is never stored or logged. The core of the system deliberately does not accept clinical data.
client consents go out online straight from the panel (status visible in the records), and GDPR document templates are generated with your practice data.
The AI in MentAI does not run therapy, does not diagnose and does not handle crises. It supports the organisation of your practice only — exactly where your time disappears.

One price in both modes: 99 PLN ≈ €23 for the first seat + 39 PLN ≈ €9 per each additional one. Pay yearly upfront — billed for 11 months, the 12th is free. Founding Practices (first 30 paid subscriptions): each additional seat 19 PLN — while your subscription stays active. A seat is every specialist in the schedule and every other team account, e.g. an administrator; one person counts once. The first reception account doesn't count towards seats.

In many practice-management tools the low "from" price grows along the way: SMS bundles, an invoicing add-on, document templates, fees for extra staff. In MentAI one subscription covers everything a practice uses day to day; only two optional add-ons are paid separately: session transcription and online visits.

The end of your trial is not the end of access to your data. For 30 days after the trial ends, viewing and exporting your data (clients, visits, documents — CSV) keep working. Your data is never held hostage by a subscription.
No surcharges for the basics: SMS and WhatsApp included (100 SMS a month plus 30 for each additional seat; more in upfront bundles, no invoices after the fact). Only two optional add-ons are paid, session transcription and online visits, both marked in the price list; the essentials of running a practice will not move behind a paywall.
Every practice has its own referral code in the panel. When another practice signs up with it and pays their first subscription, both practices get a reward of the same value: one month of the referred practice's subscription. They get a month free (31 days), you get as many days of your own plan as that amount is worth — refer a larger centre and you get several months. Automatically, for every referred practice (one code works for up to 100 sign-ups).
