After a visit you dictate or paste a few loose sentences — the AI turns them into a structured draft: a working note, a summary, topics for the next visit and a follow-up list. Refine any section with a single instruction ("shorter", "break into bullet points"). You approve it — only then can the draft be copied or downloaded. The note content is processed once — it never reaches the database, the logs or the visit records. The draft lives only in your browser until you approve it.
The AI model runs on AWS infrastructure in the European Union region, and content is never used to train models. Details in the privacy policy.
The draft is a suggestion, not a clinical fact. You review, edit and approve it yourself — without your approval, nothing leaves the screen.
Why did we start with the note?
According to Anthropic's research (Economic Index), drafting documents and writing explanations are the two things people genuinely use AI for most — and people who hand tedious tasks to AI report gains in speed (86%) and scope of work (82%). The post-visit note is exactly that kind of drudgery.
In May 2026, the General Assembly of PTTPB (the Polish Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy) adopted an artificial-intelligence annex to its Code of Ethics (11th Scientific Conference, Katowice). MentAI is designed in the spirit of those principles — this is how every AI feature in the system works:
"AI is a tool that supports the therapist's work — it is not the therapist." In MentAI, artificial intelligence only prepares drafts and suggestions — the post-visit note, your practice-page copy, organisational hints.
Clinical responsibility stays with the human. In MentAI nothing is saved to the records until you have read and approved it — a principle built into the architecture, not an option.
The note draft is processed ephemerally on servers in the European Union: the content is never stored or logged. The core of the system deliberately does not accept clinical data.
client consents go out online straight from the panel (status visible in the records), and GDPR document templates are generated with your practice data.
The AI in MentAI does not run therapy, does not diagnose and does not handle crises. It supports the organisation of your practice only — exactly where your time disappears.

The end of your trial is not the end of access to your data. After the trial ends, viewing and exporting your data (clients, visits, documents — CSV) keeps working. Your data is never held hostage by a subscription.

Every practice has its own referral code in the panel. When another practice signs up with it and pays their first subscription, both practices get +31 days of access at no charge — automatically, with no limit on referrals.
